Structured process
The ROI-EFESO Leadership Development Program typically follows three phases:
Analysis
First, we identify the leaders who will go through the program. Then we develop a shared understanding of the expectations of the leaders and an agenda for strengthening leadership behavior. Finally, we define the framework for the future leadership target.
Roadmap design
The next step is to develop the Leadership Progression Journey with progress targets and measures for each leader. At the same time, the tools and methods for managing the journey are introduced and a motivating performance environment is created.
Anchoring & Monitoring
