"We have been working closely with EFESO at the Supply Center Berlin since 2021 to successfully shape our transformation into a site of excellence for parenteral production at Bayer Pharma.

The management consultancy EFESO has played a key role in supporting us in developing concepts for organisational, employee and process development and rolling these out together with our internal team. Great importance is attached to the training of employees on the shop floor, the coaching of managers and the sustainability of the initiated change.
