The term "train-the-trainer" stands for a training concept. This involves training a person or persons who are to act as trainers in training techniques, methods and skills. The aim is to enable trainers to effectively pass on their knowledge and skills to others. During the train-the-trainer process, participants not only learn the content that they will later be expected to teach. Pedagogical approaches, communication techniques and assessment methods are also possible training contents.
