Explanation: Injection molding process

The “injection molding process” is a widely used method for manufacturing plastic parts. Plastic granulate is heated in an injection molding machine until it melts. The liquid plastic material is then injected into a mold (also known as a die) under high pressure. This mold determines the final shape of the product. The process enables the mass production of components with high precision and repeat accuracy.
