A “cobot” is a robot that has been developed to work directly and safely with humans. Cobots are easy to program and versatile.
Unlike traditional industrial robots, which work in separate areas of the production line or other fields of application, they interact directly with human “colleagues”. They are often used where they can take on repetitive or ergonomically demanding tasks and thus increase the efficiency of the work process.
