• Fluent in German is mandatory
• Very good degree in engineering or industrial engineering with a technical focus.
• Sound knowledge and several years of professional experience in the field of technology and maintenance in industry in combination with experience in leadership and coordination of employees
• Consulting experience in an implementation-oriented management consulting firm
• Convincing experience in increasing the efficiency of production and maintenance processes
• Solid experience in formulating and implementing maintenance strategies
• Solid knowledge of organizational development of local engineering/maintenance departments as well as engineering/maintenance in corporate and network structures
• A pronounced understanding and interest in the area of process digitization in maintenance incl. the design of the system landscape and mobile applications (e.g. AI based failure detection, asset data management, etc.)
• Strong process orientation, high analytical, methodical and conceptual skills as well as proven implementation competence
• Convincing and professional appearance as well as considerable teamwork skills
• Excellent moderation and presentation skills
• High willingness to travel at home and abroad
• Interest in individual further training / development opportunities

• Interdisciplinary project work with well-known medium-sized and corporate customers
• Independent project management for the design and implementation of digitized maintenance concepts
• Teamwork oriented towards competence, experience and humanity
